John Sheppard

Joint Director of J Sheppard and Son Ltd and mostly first point of contact, involved from the design and planning stages through to final installation.  

Background

John Sheppard has trained as a carpenter/joiner obtaining city and guilds advanced craft and full technological certificates. He has been in the industry for over 44 years so as you can imagine has dealt with many inetresting installations.

John loves his cruising holidays. He once came back with a injury to his head, which he assured us was down to the rough seas and not down to too much alcohol :-)

John also likes playing golf, just dont ask him about the story of him falling 3ft down in a bunker!!!

Oli Sheppard

Joint Director of J Sheppard And Son Ltd and the one who handles our website and social media accounts. 

Background

Oli has been involved with manufacturing kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms for over 20 years, operating beam saws and multiboring machines within the cabinet making processes. Since this time he has been heavily involved with the installation side and thouroughly enjoys the working alongside customers that this involves.

Oli loves playing golf and likes nothing more than beating both John and Ben regularly on the course :-)

Simone

Office Administrator who also handles our general day to day enquiries, often being the first point of contact on the telephone.

Background

Simone is a great new addition to our company in her role as an office administrator and also showroom desk de-clutterer :-).

Her job previously involved office based work for many years so this has been a major benefit for us in continuing to organise our work systems and scheduling.

Simone has admitted to being a bit OCD so dont whatever you do mess with the tap levers and make them alternate different ways whilst in the showroom :-)

Kieron

Kieron joined us in March 2022 initially under the goverment Kickstart Scheme. He quickly intergrated into our small team really well and was offered a full time position as a trainee kitchen/bathroom fitter.

Most recently we have insatlled a cnc router and he has basically made this his own, quickly showing us why younger people are better than us oldies with tech. 

Background

He enjoys football and had previously worked coaching various sports teams.

He unfortunately does support Liverpool!!!
